About Kristi Clemens

Kristi Clemens (she/her/hers) is a student affairs administrator with a passion for facilitating dynamic change through education, community development, and collective responsibility. She currently serves as the executive director of the Dialogue Project at Dartmouth, a new undertaking that endeavors to teach the important skills of dialogue to students, faculty, and staff. 

Kristi has worked in higher education for more than 20 years in a variety of student-centric capacities and has been at Dartmouth since 2009, most recently as assistant vice president and Title IX coordinator. She has a knack for identifying challenges and addressing them directly but compassionately, while considering identities, experiences, and humanity as core elements of any shared experience.

Kristi earned a BS in speech and interpersonal communication from New York University and a master's degree in higher education and student affairs administration from the University of Vermont.
